Practice Policy regarding missed or late cancelled NHS appointments

We do not charge for missed or late cancelled NHS appointments.

If you fail to attend or late cancel two appointments within a twelve-month period we will no longer be able to offer you further NHS treatment at this practice.

This is in line with NHS Choices website that states, 'if you miss NHS appointments, your dentist can decide not to offer you treatment in the future'.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

This also applies to children's appointments.
